After working in the plumbing and HVAC industries since 1979, Phillip J. Tucker founded Adirondack P&M in November of 1996 and incorporated his business in August of 2000. In 2001 the company expanded to include a sheetmetal fabrication shop. Adirondack P&M presently employs 15 full-time employees.
